    At Army Gear, we want you to shop with confidence — your satisfaction is our mission!

    Returns:
    We gladly accept unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 60 days of delivery. Returns after 60 days may incur a restocking fee.

    Damaged or defective items?
    Call 410-766-2600, email info@armedforcesgear.com, or chat with us live — we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

    How to return or exchange:

    1. Start your return here (link also found at the bottom of every page).
    2. Include the original tags/packaging, packing list, and a brief note on why you’re returning it.
    3. Ship to:

    Refunds:
    Please allow 3–10 business days after we receive your return to process your refund minus shipping cost. Original shipping costs are refunded only if we made an error.

    Important:

    • Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
    • Items with strong odors, pet hair, or visible wear won’t qualify.
    • Custom or special orders are non-refundable.

    You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
    Bring your order confirmation  when you arrive.

    🚚 Shipping Policy

    We aim to ship all Standard Orders within 3 business days (Mon–Fri).

    📦 Standard Shipping (3–10 business days)

    Flat shipping $8.99, or FREE SHIPPING on $75.

    ⚡ Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days, not guaranteed)

    Flat shipping $23.99 for orders up to $74.99, or spend $75+ and shipping is only $15.

    Specialty items shipped directly from our partners can't be expedited.

    🛻 UPS Ground (1–6 business days)

    Flat shipping $23.99 for orders up to $74.99, or spend $75+ and shipping is only $15.

    Not available for PO Boxes, APO, or FPO.

    ✈️ 2nd Day / Next Day Air

    Add $25 (2nd Day) or $35 (Next Day) to standard rates.

    • Orders must be placed by 8:30 AM EST.

    • UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

    • Call us if you need Saturday delivery.

    • Specialty items shipped directly from our partners can't be expedited.

    🌎 APO / FPO & International Orders

    • APO/FPO: Shipped via USPS at standard U.S. rates.

    • International Orders: Do not qualify for free shipping.

      • Delivery times are business days only (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

      • Free standard shipping applies to domestic U.S. orders $75+.

      • Expedited and UPS options require physical addresses (no PO Boxes).
